Errata for ‘Two-point boundary value problems, Green's functions, and product integration’

• In the ‘simple example’ (section 3.1.1, p. C251):
  • The constant c is near 1.336, not 0.1336.
  • The forcing term should be -(c sec ^cx/₄)²/8.
• In (22):
  • the denominator should have the factor ²/_λ, not 2λ.
  • in the numerators for both cases, the signs of the last (fourth) terms (those with the 4 in the exponent) are wrong.
